This Privacy Policy explains how FYNVRO ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through dental.fynvro.com and the Fynvro Dental Desk service. We are committed to protecting personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Fynvro Dental Desk is operated from London, United Kingdom, as part of the Fynvro group. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@fynvro.com.
2. Data we collect
- Website enquiries: name, clinic name, contact details and message content when you request a demo or contact us.
- Service data (for client clinics): patient conversation content, contact details and booking information processed on behalf of the clinic, which acts as data controller. FYNVRO acts as a data processor under a written agreement.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying usage information needed to run and secure the website.
3. How we use data
- To respond to enquiries and provide demos (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
- To deliver the AI front desk service to client clinics (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and improve reliability (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use patient data to train models for other clinics.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on GDPR-compliant infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the system (for example, hosting, email and calendar integrations chosen by the clinic), under appropriate data-processing terms.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@fynvro.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Terms of Service

1. The service
Fynvro Dental Desk provides an AI-powered front desk system for dental clinics, including website chat, WhatsApp and email automation, appointment booking, follow-ups and lead tracking, together with setup and ongoing management ("the Service").
2. Plans and billing
The Service is billed monthly in advance according to the selected plan. There are no fixed-term contracts: you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (such as monthly chat volumes) apply as described on the Pricing page.
3. Pilot programme
Where offered, the 30-day pilot allows a clinic to run the Service on live enquiries before committing to a paid plan. Pilot terms, including any conditions, are confirmed in writing before the pilot begins.
4. Clinic responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about treatments, prices, policies and availability, and review the AI's training before launch.
- Ensure you have the right to connect the calendars, email accounts and messaging channels you ask us to integrate.
- Remain responsible for clinical decisions and patient care. The Service handles enquiries and bookings; it does not provide dental or medical advice.
5. Data protection
Each clinic is the data controller for its patient data; FYNVRO acts as data processor under a written data-processing agreement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service standards
We aim for continuous, reliable operation and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any interruption promptly. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYNVRO's total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for the Service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to active clients. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
